Finding a lot
within a community, you will be able to choose the location of your lot. This community may also include clubhouses, pools, golf courses, sports activity centers, and other amenities, so you will want to obtain information on the entire community. Typically, lots that are located close to such attractions as golf courses, clubhouses, or lakes maintain a higher re-sale value.
Determine how much you want to borrow, at what rate, and for how long. During this time you may decide whether or not you would like to add more options.
Select your house plan and options
You will be able to select a home design through our affiliated designers. We will help you design your own dream home. Once you have selected a home, you can then personalize it and make it your own.
Sign sales contract
The sales contract will specify, to varying degrees, the dimensions and features of the proposed home, site plan, materials to be used, and delivery date.
